Frenkel Rodal Promenade

Frenkel Rodal Promenade

A beautiful and unique promenade in Havot Ya’ir. The promenade was dedicated by Doron and Tamar Nir Zvi, in memory of Pawel Frenkel and Leon Rodal, commanders of the ZZW (Jewish Military Union) in the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising in 1943.

The promenade stretches 300 meters along the steep hillside above the Nahal Kana riverbed and through a natural forest. The stroll through this breathtaking landscape leads to a large observation deck and a unique synagogue adorned with architectural elements made from the local stone.

After enjoying the view, you can visit other nearby sites, such as Havot Ya’ir, Shehada Ruins and the Nahal Kana nature reserve.
