In a wooden house, facing the magnificent mountainous landscape, Sari graciously welcomes visitors who come to tour Israel’s central mountain ridge. Sari’s is one of the first families to settle the hilltops of Itamar.

A personal conversation and tour is a living and fascinating encounter with a life of mission and the realization of the Zionist dream. Such encounters are an opportunity to hear about the feelings, reservations, difficulties and challenges of the establishment of the first hilltop neighborhoods of Itamar and of Yehuda and Shomron.

Sari offers visitors a glimpse of the pioneerism and self-sacrifice for the Land of Israel from a position of belief and determination, on the one hand, and from a very personal, humanistic position, on the other. An honest, moving conversation.

Organic, rustic cuisine, made from the local produce, hot pitta bread straight from a taboun oven, homemade hummus and more, by advance arrangement.
